You can cancel your AURA subscription at any time directly through your billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new users if the service does not meet your expectations. To request a refund, please contact us via our official email within 14 days of your initial purchase.

3. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
